Developing Teacher and Administrative Leadership Through the VL Mindframes

Participants will hear about the development and implementation of a distributed leadership body comprised of teachers, site and district administrators, and counselors within and across school sites in Tamalpais Union High School District to substantially enhance the system-wide academic performance of all students. All leaders base their actions on the Visible Learning Mindframes and Research and are transparent with all stakeholders in the beliefs that drive such intentional actions.
