Improving Ontario Schools: A Strategy That Works

This session will provide an overview of what worked to improve Ontario’s schools to narrow achievement gaps. The interventions and high impact strategies that were put in place to improve learning and graduation rates will be discussed. Issues such as creating a culture of high expectations, excellence with equity, character education, leadership development, and the role of advocacy will be discussed.
