Student Voice: It’s Time to Turn Up the Volume!

There is no doubt students have something to teach us, but only if we are willing to listen. This session will share data collected from over 50,000 students (grades 6–12) during this past academic year. The data reveals what students are thinking about themselves, their learning environment and their teachers. The implications for how schools are organized and the impact that school leaders, teachers, and support staff can have on student aspirations and achievement will be discussed.
